  • Handcrafted Nature: For our handcrafted items (such as soaps), please note that each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, shape, and scent are natural and should be expected.

  • Visual Representation: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen settings and lighting during photography, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from the images on your screen.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Delivery Timeline: * Inside Dhaka: 24–48 hours.

    • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days.

  • Charges: Shipping charges apply based on order weight and delivery location, which will be calculated at checkout.

  • Delays: RupShoily is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Methods: We accept multiple payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD), mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and secure online card payments.

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

  • Verification: Payment confirmation is required before order processing begins for all pre-paid orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Hygiene Policy: Due to the nature of personal care products (perfumes, soaps, and oils), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product seal is broken or the item has been used.

  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence.

  • Criteria: Exchanges will only be provided for manufacturing defects, wrong item delivery, or shipping damage.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs for verified defective products will be borne by RupShoily.
